📦 Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from the U.S. We do our best to get your items to you quickly and safely.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. After that:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location + carrier delays.

💌 Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us ASAP at shopsimko@gmail.com. Once it’s out the door, we can’t make changes—but we’ll still try to help however we can.

🛍 Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags still attached & items in their original condition. 

Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.

📏 How do I know what size to get?

Each product has a size guide listed in the description. Still unsure? Send us your usual sizes and we’ll help you out!

💳  What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay installments.

✨ My package says delivered but I didn’t get it—help!

We know how frustrating that is! First, double-check your address and ask neighbors. If it’s still missing, email us at shopsimko@gmail.com so we can help track it down.
